Customer Support Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our fintech team, providing high‑quality assistance to retail and introducing broker (IB) clients across multiple channels. The role involves addressing account‑related queries, technical issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle retail and IB client enquiries via email, live chat and social media, covering account issues, deposits/withdrawals, product queries, promotions and trading‑related questions.
• Assist clients with technical and platform‑related problems, investigate concerns and provide timely resolutions, escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Ensure all interactions comply with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and generate reports as needed.
• Support the translation, localisation and updating of client‑support materials such as SOPs, guides, tutorials, FAQs and handbooks.
• Provide ad‑hoc client‑support and operational assistance to the Sales/Business Development team.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role within the fintech sector; experience in Forex/CFD is a strong advantage.
• Native proficiency in Khmer and professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong multitasking, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities, with a commitment to meet SLA standards.
• Ability to work flexible shift hours when required and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
