Customer Service Agent (KH Lifestyle)

About the role

As a Customer Service Agent in the KH Lifestyle segment, you will support Maersk’s customers after they are onboarded, handling inquiries and ensuring smooth service delivery. The role blends direct customer interaction with administrative tasks, providing a solid foundation for growth within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer communication channels and respond to queries promptly.
• Handle case management, including onboarding, relationship management, and contract or dispute resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks to support the customer experience team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Escalate non‑routine issues to senior colleagues or supervisors as needed.

Required profile

• Limited prior experience in customer service or administrative support.
• Ability to follow standardized work routines and guidelines.
• Good judgment within defined boundaries and willingness to seek supervision for complex problems.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using standard office software.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
