Customer Insight Analyst

About the role

The Customer Insight Analyst will support ABA Bank’s digital product teams by turning large, complex data sets into actionable insights. You will work closely with stakeholders in Customer Intelligence and Digital Banking to ensure a customer‑centric approach across all digital offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Cleanse, standardize and enrich customer data from multiple sources.
• Query and analyse large‑scale datasets using SQL and BigQuery to meet cross‑functional reporting needs.
• Develop automated tools for data analysis and build visual dashboards in Data Studio, Looker Studio or Tableau.
• Apply statistical and machine‑learning techniques (e.g., RFM, CLV, churn prediction) to uncover consumer insights and support cross‑sell/up‑sell initiatives.
• Analyze external market forces and survey/focus‑group results to identify key customer trends.
• Collaborate with product teams as the customer/user representative and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience as a data or product analyst, preferably in a startup or fintech environment.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
