About the role

We are seeking a Customer Engagement Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive timely information and support. The role focuses on building lasting relationships through proactive communication and assistance.

Key responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone and messaging platforms.
Provide clear information about services, features, and updates.
Address customer questions, objections, and concerns.
Support marketing initiatives and conduct online research as needed.
Record and monitor daily performance metrics using Excel or Google Sheets.

Required profile

Fluent in Khmer and English (minimum B1 level).
Confident PC user with basic spreadsheet proficiency.
Previous experience in customer service or communication is advantageous.
