Copywriter & Content Expert

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Copywriter & Content Expert to join our AI data services team on an hourly, remote contractor basis. In this role you will act as a subject‑matter expert, reviewing AI‑generated marketing and content outputs, creating high‑quality copy, and providing detailed feedback to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by writing detailed prompts and gold‑standard copy across various formats and industries.
• Evaluate, rank, and refine AI‑generated responses for clarity, persuasion, tone alignment, and factual accuracy.
• Identify and flag issues such as logical gaps, brand‑fit problems, compliance risks, hallucinated claims, and bias.
• Fact‑check statements and produce clear, actionable explanations and rewrites.
• Rate multiple AI outputs based on effectiveness, correctness, and reasoning quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in copywriting, content writing, editorial, content marketing, or brand storytelling.
• Strong command of brand voice, tone adaptation, and audience‑aware writing for B2B and/or B2C contexts.
• Proven ability to spot factual errors, weak reasoning, overclaims, and compliance issues, especially in regulated domains.
• Excellent English proficiency (minimum C1) and reliable, self‑directed work habits.

Required skills

• Copywriting and content creation across landing pages, emails, blogs, ads, social posts, product copy, scripts, and long‑form guides.
• Experience with AI data training/annotation, content quality assurance, or editorial operations.
