About the role

ICS International School is looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator to join its Digital Marketing Team. You will produce engaging photo, video, and digital content that showcases the school’s programs, student achievements, events, and campus life, helping to strengthen the brand and support recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Capture photo and video content of classes, events, student activities, competitions, celebrations and everyday campus life.
• Create and publish engaging content for social media platforms, the school website, digital campaigns and promotional materials.
• Plan, film, edit and produce both short‑form and long‑form video pieces.
• Develop creative ideas, storyboards and content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Edit photos, videos, reels and interviews using industry‑standard editing software.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify content opportunities and support school initiatives.
• Ensure all content follows branding guidelines, communication standards and safeguarding requirements.
• Monitor performance of content and suggest improvements to increase engagement and audience growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, Media Production, Graphic Design or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, photography, videography or digital marketing.
• Proven experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
• Strong creativity, storytelling ability and visual communication skills.
• Good command of English and Khmer.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic school environment.
