Sales and Marketing Supervisor

About the role

ICS International School is looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Supervisor to drive student enrollment growth and lead marketing initiatives. The role oversees daily sales and marketing activities, manages the enrollment pipeline, and supports lead generation and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet enrollment targets.
• Manage the full enrollment pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
• Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, advertising, and events.
• Strengthen brand awareness and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build and maintain partnerships, referral channels, and community outreach.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the Sales & Marketing team.
• Manage the budget and track key performance indicators.
• Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and recommendations for improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 3‑5 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in education or customer‑focused industries.
• Proven ability to manage sales pipelines, lead generation, and team performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Khmer and English.
