Content Creator Intern

About the role

The Content Creator Intern will join Red Ant Express’s marketing team in Tuol Kouk, Cambodia, to help produce engaging digital content that promotes the company’s delivery and shopping services. This full‑time, on‑site position offers hands‑on experience in social media, video and image creation, and bilingual copywriting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish social media posts, short videos, and visual assets.
• Draft basic copy in English and Khmer for marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and update content calendars in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Adapt content for different channels while ensuring brand consistency.
• Monitor audience engagement, report performance metrics, and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Khmer; basic English proficiency preferred.
• Quick learner who can follow guidelines and work effectively in an on‑site team.
• Interest in e‑commerce, logistics, or technology‑driven services in Cambodia is a plus.
