Construction Project Sales Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Project Sales Supervisor to work closely with the Sales Manager in driving sales performance across our construction portfolio. The role involves leading the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and gathering market intelligence to support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies, functional plans and forecasts while monitoring key customers.
• Assign sales targets and territories to maximize market coverage.
• Supervise, coach and support the sales team to achieve targets.
• Monitor performance, resolve operational challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular customer and site visits to source new customers and assess project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
• Lead regular sales meetings to review targets, performance and ongoing projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, civil engineering or related field.
• 4‑6 years of sales experience, including 2‑3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to identify market opportunities.
• Fluent in English and Khmer (written and spoken); Chinese is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
