Compliance Manager

About the role

The Compliance Manager will support the Company’s compliance and conduct risk framework by leading misconduct investigations, overseeing customer complaint handling, coordinating regulatory inspections, and executing quality‑assurance reviews. The role ensures adherence to laws, regulations and internal policies while fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead misconduct investigations, prepare findings for the Disciplinary Committee and ensure confidentiality and consistency.
• Support the complaint handling team, review response letters and liaise with the Insurance Regulator of Cambodia on customer complaints.
• Act as primary coordinator for regulatory inspections, gather required documentation and support on‑site inspections at provincial branches.
• Develop and execute the annual Compliance Quality Assurance plan, conduct reviews, record findings in the Archer system and report results to senior committees.

Required profile

• Proven experience in compliance, risk management or related investigations.
• Familiarity with regulatory environments, especially insurance regulation in Cambodia.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills, with ability to present findings objectively.
• Willingness to travel to provincial locations as needed.
