Community Manager

About the role

Scry AI is seeking a Community Manager to build, engage, and grow professional communities around its AI‑driven enterprise platforms. The role focuses on fostering meaningful conversations about AI, enterprise technology, and industry challenges while strengthening relationships with customers, prospects, partners, and other key audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand communities on LinkedIn, YouTube, industry forums and other relevant digital channels.
• Initiate and participate in discussions, respond to comments, questions and messages.
• Monitor brand mentions and industry conversations to identify engagement opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and design teams to create community‑focused content and programs.
• Plan and execute Q&As, polls, webinars, virtual sessions and other interactive initiatives.
• Identify active members, nurture relationships and turn them into brand advocates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community management, social media, brand engagement, digital marketing or communications.
• Strong ability to communicate naturally with diverse audiences.
• Comfortable discussing technical and business topics related to AI and enterprise solutions.
• Self‑starter who can build long‑term engagement and drive community growth.
