Commercial Associate – Cambodia

About the role

Reclimate is seeking a commercially‑minded agricultural professional to drive business development in Cambodia. You will bridge agriculture, climate technology and commercial growth, turning farmer networks and agribusiness contacts into carbon‑removal projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with agricultural producers, agribusinesses, plantations and potential project partners.
• Identify, develop and manage new commercial and project opportunities in carbon removal, biochar and climate finance.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits and industry events, translating technical concepts into clear value propositions.
• Prepare proposals, pitch decks and client‑ready materials together with technical and operations teams.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in agriculture, plantations, agribusiness or a related sector.
• Strong familiarity with Cambodia’s agricultural landscape and professional networks.
• Interest in climate technology and sustainable waste management.
• Proactive, organised and able to work independently in a fast‑moving startup.

Required skills

• Strong spoken and written English and Khmer.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and digital collaboration tools.
