Procurement Officer

About the role

The Procurement Officer will manage the full procurement cycle for agricultural drones, spare parts, and related equipment at Harvest Center Cambodia. This on‑site role in Phnom Penh ensures timely sourcing, purchasing, and delivery while supporting the company’s mission to modernize agriculture.

Key responsibilities

• Source suppliers, request quotations and prepare purchase orders in line with company policies.
• Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and analyze purchasing data to optimise costs.
• Support budgeting, forecasting activities and ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong procurement and purchasing skills with experience in sourcing and supplier relations.
• Solid analytical abilities to assess costs, supplier performance and market trends.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with vendors and cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain or operations, preferably in technology or agriculture.
• Ability to work on‑site in Phnom Penh, manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with procurement systems.
