About the role
IdeaFactory Advertising is seeking a proactive and organized Client Services Executive to manage client relationships and coordinate BTL campaigns from briefing through execution across Cambodia.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare briefs and proposals for client projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and on‑ground staff.
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality delivery.
- Participate in events and brand activations in Phnom Penh and other provinces, including on‑site execution and occasional travel.
Required profile
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- Experience in advertising, marketing, events or BTL activations (advantageous).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and solve problems.
- Excellent English; Khmer proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Cambodia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
