Business Process Management Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Business Process Management Assistant to support the optimisation of our manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support business process optimisation and improvement initiatives across departments.
• Gather and analyse performance data such as cycle times, error rates and resource usage to identify bottlenecks.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews or workshops with cross‑functional teams to capture current‑state procedures.
• Assist in planning, scheduling and monitoring process‑improvement projects.
• Help prepare user guides and training materials to onboard staff on updated processes.

Required profile

• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in process coordination, business analysis, operations or project support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new tools and manage multiple tasks.
