Business Development Executive – FMCG

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Business Development Executive with an FMCG background to help expand our customer base, distribution network, and sales revenue. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with distributors, retailers and HORECA customers, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets and HORECA customers.
• Develop new distribution channels and expand market coverage.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, promotions and business agreements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer needs.
• Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in FMCG, sales or business development.
• Good understanding of FMCG sales and distribution channels.
• Existing network with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets or HORECA is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Target‑driven, proactive and able to work independently.
• Good command of English and Khmer.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
