Building Manager

About the role

The Building Manager will be based on‑site at Time Square 5 in Phnom Penh, overseeing the daily operation of a premium serviced‑apartment development. This full‑time position ensures that residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained environment while supporting the property’s overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise facility services and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor safety and security standards, conducting regular inspections of common areas and equipment.
• Manage budgets, track expenditures, and maintain accurate operational records.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Lead cleaning and technical teams, addressing resident requests promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement of building services and operational processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential or commercial property management, preferably in serviced apartments.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with residents, vendors, and internal staff.
• Knowledge of local building regulations and basic building systems.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Khmer or other local languages is a plus.
