Building Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Building Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential property, ensuring high‑quality service for tenants and maintaining the building’s facilities and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee front‑desk and housekeeping operations.
• Supervise, coach, and ensure smooth daily service‑desk activity.
• Build rapport with residents and provide personalized service.
• Coordinate with all departments to promptly address resident requests and complaints.
• Manage move‑in, move‑out and early‑termination processes.
• Track resident satisfaction and communicate feedback to relevant teams.
• Coordinate regular building maintenance and repairs.
• Manage cleaning and security staff and activities.
• Prepare and execute emergency protocols and procedures.
• Maintain a safe environment for occupants and visitors.
• Prepare and monitor maintenance budgets.
• Negotiate and liaise with third‑party service providers.
• Conduct regular building inspections and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and building codes.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Property Line Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management or real estate preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as a building or facility manager.
• Ability to arrange and schedule maintenance activities.
• Warm, cordial personality with a passion for interacting with tenants.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and building codes.
