Sales & Marketing Supervisor

About the role

ICS International School is seeking a proactive and results‑oriented Sales & Marketing Supervisor to support student enrollment growth and lead marketing initiatives. The role oversees daily sales and marketing activities, manages the enrollment pipeline, and assists in implementing campaigns and outreach programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet enrollment targets.
• Manage the full enrollment pipeline from lead generation to conversion and enrollment.
• Plan and oversee digital and offline marketing activities, including advertising, social media, website content, and events.
• Strengthen the school’s brand awareness and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Build and manage partnerships, referral channels, and community outreach to generate leads.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the Sales & Marketing team, setting targets and evaluating performance.
• Manage the marketing budget, track KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in education or customer‑focused industries.
• Proven ability to manage sales pipelines, lead generation, and team performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, planning, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Fluent in Khmer and English.
