Brand and Merchandising Supervisor

About the role

The Brand and Merchandising Supervisor will lead the creation, production, and deployment of brand assets, point‑of‑sale materials, and branded merchandise across consumer and trade touchpoints. The role works closely with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Procurement, agencies and suppliers to ensure consistent, high‑quality brand representation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage development, adaptation and implementation of brand assets for products, outlets, events and other consumer touchpoints.
• Maintain an organized library of approved artworks, logos, guidelines and templates.
• Lead branding and decoration execution for outlets, events and activations.
• Oversee concept, design, sampling, production and delivery of branded merchandise and promotional items.
• Coordinate creation, production and rollout of POSM and visibility materials such as posters, banners, standees and displays.
• Conduct field checks to ensure proper placement and compliance with brand standards.
• Manage supplier quotations, production schedules, quality checks, delivery and installation.
• Monitor project budgets, identify cost‑optimization opportunities and prepare regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in brand management, trade marketing, merchandising, POSM or related functions.
• Experience in FMCG, beverage, retail or consumer goods preferred.
