About the role
The Audit Director will lead audit engagements for a leading audit and accounting firm in Cambodia. This senior role combines technical oversight, client relationship management, and team development to ensure high‑quality audit delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements across various industries.
- Sign audit reports in compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Ensure audit quality, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor and develop audit team members.
- Manage client relationships and support business growth.
- Contribute to strategic planning and firm leadership.
Required profile
- CPA, ACCA, Cambodian CPA, or equivalent international qualification.
- Authorized to sign audit reports under local law.
- 5–7 years of audit experience, including senior manager or partner‑track roles.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and local regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management abilities.
- High integrity and commitment to professional ethics.
