About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our tour company. The role involves coordinating travel arrangements, preparing quotations and itineraries, and ensuring smooth interactions with hotels, restaurants, transport providers and other suppliers.

Key responsibilities

Prepare accurate quotations, itineraries and tour packages for clients.
Coordinate with hotels, restaurants, airlines, transport companies and other suppliers to secure services.
Assist in supervising staff and handling day‑to‑day office tasks.
Maintain basic accounting records, tour costing and supplier payments.
Provide problem‑solving and customer service support throughout the travel process.

Required profile

Fresh graduates and candidates without prior tourism experience are welcome.
Good communication, coordination and organizational abilities.
Ability to work under pressure, stay flexible and handle multiple tasks.
Responsible, detail‑oriented and capable of supervising junior staff.

Required skills

Proficiency in English.
Basic computer skills.
