Assistant Lounge Manager

About the role

The Assistant Lounge Manager supports the daily operations of Aurora Sky Lounge, ensuring smooth service delivery, high guest satisfaction, and efficient team performance. This hands‑on role supervises staff during service, addresses guest concerns, and upholds company standards and operational policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily lounge operations and ensure seamless service.
• Supervise and support the lounge team during service periods.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, staff performance, and compliance with hotel standards.
• Support sales, revenue generation, stock control, and cost management.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth overall operations.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate issues to the Operations Manager or General Manager.
• Support staff training, coaching, scheduling, and team development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a hotel, lounge, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in English; Khmer or additional languages are a plus.
• Professional, proactive, responsible, and team‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours as needed.
