About the role
We are looking for a proactive Business Process Management Assistant to support the optimisation of our business processes and drive improvement initiatives across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyse performance data such as cycle times, error rates and resource usage to identify bottlenecks.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews or workshops with cross‑functional teams to capture current‑state procedures.
- Assist in planning, scheduling and monitoring process‑improvement initiatives across departments.
- Prepare user guides and training materials to onboard staff on updated processes.
- Support overall business process optimisation and improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in process coordination, business analysis, operations or project support.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new tools and handle multiple tasks.
