Assistant Brand Manager – Marketing

About the role

KFT Co., Ltd., a 100% Cambodian‑owned FMCG company, is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to support the execution of brand strategies across multiple product lines. You will work closely with the Marketing Director, agencies, and KOLs to ensure campaigns and new product launches are delivered on time and on brand.

Key responsibilities

• Translate brand strategy into monthly and quarterly action plans.
• Own day‑to‑day execution for several KFT brands, managing priorities and timelines.
• Run integrated campaigns end‑to‑end, covering digital, social, KOL, TVC and in‑store activities.
• Coordinate designers, agencies, KOL/content teams and production suppliers.
• Maintain content calendars, creative briefs and approval processes to ensure brand consistency.
• Support new product development and launches, including positioning, packaging, key visuals and POSM.
• Track project milestones, flag risks early and report progress.
• Liaise with Sales, Trade Marketing and Supply Chain on launches and promotions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in brand or marketing roles, preferably in FMCG.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects independently.
• Strong briefing skills and confidence providing creative feedback.
• Experience coordinating agencies, designers, KOL/content teams and suppliers.
• Comfortable handling budgets, reporting and using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Khmer and proficient in English, hands‑on and detail‑oriented.
