About the role
The Assistant Brand Manager will support the development and execution of brand and marketing plans for Nature One Dairy products in Cambodia. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with sales, marketing and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitor analysis and track brand performance.
- Coordinate campaigns, promotions, basic digital marketing and social media activities.
- Prepare regular reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Assist with packaging, product communication, event coordination and trade‑marketing initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in FMCG or consumer products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
- Strong organizational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English; Khmer proficiency is a plus.
