Area Sales Manager (Urgent Hiring)

About the role

VE Cambodia is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead the medical sales team across the region. The role focuses on planning, monitoring, and driving sales activities for doctors, hospitals, and drug stores, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement effective coverage plans for medical representatives targeting doctors, hospitals, and drug stores.
• Monitor, evaluate, and analyze daily coverage reports, prescription audit reports, sales plans, and sample liquidation data.
• Set sales targets for medical representatives based on company goals and strategic directions.
• Conduct product presentations to healthcare professionals during departmental meetings.
• Define objectives for key performance areas and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Visit key opinion leaders (KOLs) and establish new business partnerships with hospitals, medical directors, and drugstores.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate subordinates to ensure high performance and task completion.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager.

Required profile

• Proven ability to plan and execute sales coverage strategies in the healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing reports and sales data.
• Experience in setting sales targets and guiding medical representatives.
• Effective communication skills for product presentations to doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
• Leadership capability to coach, mentor, and motivate a sales team.
