Area Sales Manager

About the role

VE Cambodia is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and expand its medical product footprint across the region. The role focuses on planning coverage, driving sales performance, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective coverage plans for doctors, hospitals and drug stores.
• Monitor and analyse daily coverage reports, prescription audit data, sales plans, sample liquidation and cascade sales updates.
• Set sales targets for Medical Representatives aligned with company objectives.
• Deliver product presentations to doctors, nurses and pharmacists during departmental meetings.
• Define objectives for key performance areas and devise strategies to achieve them.
• Conduct Key Opinion Leader (KOL) visits and establish new business partnerships with hospitals, MDs, industry partners and drugstores.
• Coach, mentor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing guidance and motivation.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the General Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and reports.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Leadership qualities to guide and develop a sales team.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets in a dynamic environment.
