Area Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our distribution network across designated regions. The role focuses on driving sales performance, coaching distributors and internal teams, and implementing strategic plans to achieve growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of the company’s overall sales strategy and objectives.
• Develop and enforce sales policies that strengthen the commercial position of the network.
• Manage and grow the distributor network, meeting regional and outlet‑type distribution targets.
• Monitor brand and product sales performance to ensure volume and revenue goals are met.
• Analyze market performance of product categories and launch promotional campaigns to improve market share.
• Maintain a well‑trained, motivated sales organization capable of achieving targets.
• Coach and motivate sales teams and distributors to enhance professionalism and results.
• Collaborate on business development projects to ensure top‑performing distributors in Cambodia.
• Design, implement and evaluate regional sales plans to deliver optimal outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
• Proven experience in managing distributor networks and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop effective promotional strategies.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
