Aftersales Manager

About the role

The Aftersales Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position in Phnom Penh, responsible for overseeing service, parts and customer care operations. The role ensures service quality, turnaround times and customer satisfaction targets are consistently met while supporting overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily workshop and service centre performance and monitor key metrics.
• Handle customer escalations, develop aftersales campaigns and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Lead, mentor and develop the aftersales team, coordinating with sales and other departments to drive customer retention.
• Analyse service data, report to senior management and contribute to strategic plans for aftersales growth.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused skills with proven experience in automotive aftersales management.
• Demonstrated ability to improve service performance and drive revenue through upselling and maintenance packages.
• Experience leading and coaching teams, with solid organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Good communication in English; Khmer is an advantage.

Required skills

• Familiarity with service management systems.
• Basic financial understanding of aftersales operations.
• Analytical skills to interpret service data and monitor KPIs.
