Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Specialist will manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for Chip Mong Insee Cement, ensuring timely sourcing of materials and services while supporting cost optimisation and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Source materials and services, evaluate suppliers, and monitor supplier performance.
• Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory needs, analyse pricing and market trends, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing or construction sectors is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills for cost analysis, market research and data‑driven decision making.
• Fluent in English; Khmer language skills are a plus.
