Admissions & Enrolment Coordinator

About the role

The Admissions & Enrolment Coordinator manages the full student admissions journey at the Professional Institute of Excellence, from first contact through enrolment and onboarding. The role supports the institute’s recruitment targets while delivering accurate information and professional guidance to prospective students and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, social media, website, walk‑ins and recruitment events.
• Provide detailed information on programmes, admission requirements, fees, scholarships, internships and enrolment procedures.
• Conduct individual counselling sessions to match students’ educational and career goals with appropriate programmes.
• Manage applications from submission to acceptance, reviewing documents and coordinating assessments or interviews.
• Prepare admission and enrolment documentation, follow up on outstanding items and tuition payments.
• Collaborate with Academic, Finance and Student Services teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain confidential, accurate admission records and monitor progress of prospective leads through the pipeline.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle multiple enquiries and maintain structured follow‑up.
