Account Services Specialist

About the role

The Account Services Specialist will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, overseeing end‑to‑end execution of KOL campaigns, TVC and digital content production. The role ensures that all deliverables align with client objectives, brand standards, and agreed timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, translating objectives into clear briefs and managing expectations.
• Own projects from briefing through final delivery, developing timelines, monitoring milestones, and proactively addressing risks.
• Coordinate closely with creative, production, KOL, and social teams to align scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Review outputs for brand compliance, provide constructive feedback, and apply strategic judgment before client presentation.
• Take full ownership of project outcomes, guiding team members and maintaining a solution‑oriented mindset.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in advertising, marketing agencies, or production environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and client‑management abilities.
• Comfort working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of KOL/influencer campaigns and content production.
