职位概况
Jabil 招聘模具钳工/组配/焊补技术员，负责模具的装配、调试、维护及修复，确保生产顺畅、产品质量符合要求。
主要职责
- 根据工程图纸进行模具的精密组装、调试和日常保养。
- 执行模具零件的鉗工加工，包括修整、打磨、钻孔等。
- 使用焊补技术修复模具损伤部位，恢复功能。
- 分析生产中出现的模具问题，提出改进方案并协助实施。
- 为生产部门提供技术支持，解决模具相关故障。
任职要求
- 具备模具制造或维修经验，熟悉鉗工、组配、焊补工艺。
- 能独立阅读并判读工程图纸。
- 了解金属材料及热处理基础。
- 工作细致认真，具团队合作精神。
- 高中或技校机械相关专业毕业，能适应轮班。
