Team Leader / Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounting

About the role

The Team Leader, Finance & Accounting will oversee daily finance and accounting operations in Cambodia, ensuring strong controls, compliance and accurate reporting while leading a small team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily finance and accounting processes, monitor controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and provide analysis for management decisions.
• Develop and continuously improve finance workflows, coordinate audits and support risk‑management initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate a team of three finance professionals, fostering collaboration across departments.
• Utilize ERP and accounting software to maintain data integrity and support system enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 4‑5 years of finance/accounting experience, including senior accountant or supervisory roles.
• Proven ability to lead a team and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Financial analysis and management reporting.
