Senior Officer, Mobile Collection Support

About the role

The Senior Officer, Mobile Collection Support oversees daily field collection activities, reports overdue customer situations, and works to reduce non‑performing loan ratios and write‑offs.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily field collection operations and provide timely reports to supervisors.
• Develop action plans to manage NPL and written‑off loans and prepare monthly activity and recovery targets.
• Classify NPL/WO clients, assess recovery likelihood, and conduct home visits.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers, Salesforce, and Loan Recovery Officers to implement recovery strategies and secure client commitments.
• Identify root causes of delinquency, recommend operational improvements, and maintain relationships with local authorities.
• Manage legal processes, prepare complaint files, and represent the bank in court and dispute resolution bodies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1.5 years of field collection experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work under pressure.
• Honesty, professionalism, teamwork and strong interpersonal skills.
