Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of retail, food & beverage, and technology positions. Based on‑site in Phnom Penh, you will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from manpower request to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job platforms, social media, referrals, career fairs and recruitment networks.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview stages.
• Prepare interview schedules, candidate assessments and recruitment reports.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date candidate database and talent pipeline.
• Draft and communicate offer letters, and follow up throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Cost per Hire and Offer Acceptance Rate.
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment and walk‑in events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, hospitality or high‑volume environments.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work under tight deadlines.
