Supply Planning Manager - C&L

About the role

The Supply Planning Manager will own end‑to‑end supply planning for assigned categories or channels in Cambodia. You will translate demand forecasts into executable supply plans, manage inventory risks and support the monthly S&OP/IBP process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop short‑ and mid‑term supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, considering capacity, lead times and constraints.
• Ensure optimal stock availability to meet OTIF and Customer Fill Rate targets.
• Identify and resolve supply issues such as shortages, delays or allocation constraints.
• Manage inventory health, including Days on Hand, slow‑moving, aging and obsolete stock, and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare supply inputs for the monthly S&OP/IBP cycle, analyse gaps and propose mitigation scenarios.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning, Customer Service, Warehouse, Logistics and Suppliers to provide visibility and recovery plans.
• Maintain accurate planning data in SAP, planning tools and Excel, and ensure master data correctness.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and coach junior planners where applicable.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in supply planning or supply chain, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management and S&OP principles.
• Experience working with ERP systems and planning tools.
