Supervisor, Internal Control Audit

About the role

The Supervisor, Internal Control Audit will lead and execute internal audit activities in line with the company’s audit plan. This role ensures effective internal controls, risk management, and compliance with policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual audit plans, gaining understanding of internal control processes and reviewing existing process flows.
• Perform risk‑based audits according to the audit program, prepare internal audit reports, and supervise the audit team in collecting evidence and documentation.
• Review audit documentation, provide status updates, facilitate daily team work, resolve conflicts, and participate in inventory physical counts.
• Attend required training and follow up on weekly project tasks, performing other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in internal audit or related roles.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and risk assessment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with audit tools.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
