Supervisor – Demand Planning (Local Hiring)

About the role

We are looking for a Supervisor of Demand Planning to support our sales forecasting and inventory management processes. The role will work closely with merchandising, purchasing, warehouse, logistics and store teams to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing sales forecasts and demand plans on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, stock availability, out‑of‑stock situations and overstock conditions.
• Analyse sales trends, seasonality, promotions and forecast accuracy.
• Support replenishment planning to guarantee product availability across stores.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics and Store teams.
• Prepare regular demand‑planning reports and identify inventory risks.
• Recommend corrective actions to mitigate stock issues.
• Assist with demand planning for new store openings, promotions and seasonal peaks.
• Support the Supervisor in team coordination and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, inventory management or retail.
• Strong analytical mindset with good communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems and Power BI.
