Subsidiary Finance Specialist

About the role

Huawei Technologies Cambodia is seeking a qualified professional to manage the financial planning, reporting and liquidity of its subsidiaries. The role involves close collaboration with regional finance teams to ensure profitability and cash‑flow targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets, quarterly rolling forecasts and financial report analyses for each subsidiary, identifying risks to profitability.
• Manage subsidiary cash‑flow by currency, monitor liquidity targets (NMA, OCF, intercompany balances) and develop appropriate liquidity solutions.
• Support the health of regional subsidiaries’ financial reports and provide solutions for complex reporting issues.
• Analyze the linkage between group operations and subsidiaries, offering comprehensive financial reporting solutions at the Group Finance level.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of financial theory, accounting, financial management and audit principles.
• Experience in budget and forecast management, financial planning and analysis.
• Proven experience in financial management within a corporate environment.
• Fluent communication skills in both Chinese and English, with strong teamwork, coordination and independent responsibility.
