HR Senior Supervisor – Manufacturing & Food Production

About the role

The HR Senior Supervisor will lead day‑to‑day human resources and employee administration activities for both the head office and the noodle and seasoning factory. The role involves close collaboration with the Operation Director and department heads to ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, performance management and compliance with Cambodian labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR and employee administration activities.
• Coordinate recruitment and selection for office, factory, technical and support positions, including job ads, screening, interviews and hiring.
• Oversee employee onboarding, probation, contracts and maintain personnel files.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime and absenteeism, and coordinate monthly payroll information with Accounting.
• Facilitate performance evaluations, probation assessments and handle employee relations, workplace concerns and disciplinary matters.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and ensure compliance with Cambodian labour laws.
• Coordinate training and development activities and prepare regular HR reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, food production, FMCG or factory operations.
• Strong knowledge of Cambodian labour law and HR practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using HR systems or software.
