Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Specialist in Digital Marketing to shape our online presence, grow our community, and forge strategic partnerships with influencers, KOLs, and content creators. You will lead the development and execution of multi‑channel content strategies that boost brand awareness and drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement digital content strategies across social platforms, managing monthly editorial calendars and collaborating with designers and video producers.
• Lead community management initiatives, engage followers authentically, and launch UGC campaigns, digital events, and growth programs.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers, KOLs, and creators, overseeing briefings, content reviews, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Analyze content and campaign data to optimize formats, messaging, and channel mix for higher engagement and conversion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, community management, or influencer marketing.
• Proven track record of managing influencer/KOL partnerships from negotiation to execution.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics and reporting dashboards.
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced digital environment.
