Public Relations & Communication Internship

About the role

OCIC’s Marketing & Communications team is seeking a motivated Public Relations and Communication Intern to support PR activities across its diverse projects. Reporting to the PR/Communication Supervisor, you will assist with translations, documentation, and partner coordination, contributing directly to the company’s reputation locally and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the communications team.
• Assist in executing PR strategies, including English‑Khmer translation tasks.
• Coordinate with external partners and organizations for PR activities.
• Attend operational meetings and prepare related documentation.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the PR/Communication Supervisor.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Khmer.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and within a team.
• Prior internship or relevant experience in marketing or communications is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT.
