Senior Sales Executive - Eyewear

About the role

As a Senior Sales Executive for EssilorLuxottica, you will drive sales growth and build new customer relationships by regularly visiting key accounts such as eyecare stores and eye hospitals near main streets and supermarkets. You will bring orders, present promotions and solve customer problems, while executing brand strategies and maintaining pre- and after-sales standards.

Key responsibilities

• Visit key account customers, bring orders, present sales promotions and solve problems
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and grow the business
• Assess client needs, present products and deliver product samples
• Prepare daily and weekly visit plans and prospect for new accounts
• Build and implement account strategies, using product demos and presentations
• Coordinate with other sales reps, conduct market research and monitor competitors

Required profile

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a related subject
• 3+ years of direct sales experience in distribution, wholesale, consumer goods or similar fast-moving products
• Proven sales performance, ability to exceed quotas and close sales
• Ability to travel frequently, with up to 80% of time spent in the field depending on geography
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the province

Required skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation and teamwork skills
• Organizational and time management skills
