About the role
A sales supervisor position based in Tuol Tumpung, Phnom Penh, supervising a team of 9 staff. The role leads the sales team toward its targets, develops new business and maintains customer relationships. Working hours are 8 hours per day.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the sales team and achieve sales targets.
- Develop new business and maintain customer relationships.
- Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality service.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Logistics or a related field.
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in transportation and logistics.
- 1-2 years of team leadership experience.
- Good Chinese, Khmer and English communication skills.
Required skills
- Strong leadership, negotiation and business development skills.
