Senior Marketing Executive (Brand & Digital)

About the role

The Senior Marketing Executive will support and execute day‑to‑day marketing activities for one or two assigned brands. Working closely with the Marketing Supervisor and cross‑functional teams, you will ensure that campaigns, digital initiatives, influencer programs and brand activations are delivered on time and meet brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily marketing activities for assigned brands and execute approved monthly plans.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media publishing schedules.
• Maintain digital and social media calendars, monitor performance and support paid media boosting.
• Research, brief and manage influencers/KOLs, track deliverables and performance.
• Assist in planning and executing events, sampling activities and brand activations.
• Track project timelines, prepare monthly activity reports and propose solutions to challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating marketing or sales projects.
• Proactive, organized, creative and able to take ownership of projects.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners.
