Senior Exclusive Merchant Sales Support Officer

About the role

The Senior Exclusive Merchant Sales Support Officer will lead the acquisition and management of exclusive merchant partners for KB PRASAC Bank. This role focuses on driving transaction volume, CASA, and fee‑based income while ensuring strong, long‑term relationships with key merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and manage exclusive merchants to meet transaction, CASA, and fee‑based income targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key merchants to support business growth and retention.
• Promote KB PRASAC merchant solutions such as KHQR, QR Sound Box, POS and other payment services.
• Conduct regular merchant visits to identify opportunities and improve engagement.
• Support onboarding, activation and ongoing management of exclusive merchants.
• Implement partnership campaigns, promotional programs and sales initiatives.
• Monitor merchant transaction performance and follow up on inactive or low‑performing merchants.
• Coordinate with branches and relevant departments to ensure efficient service delivery and issue resolution.
• Assist merchants with operational, service and payment‑related inquiries.
• Prepare and maintain merchant reports, records and performance updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Banking or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and selling services/products.
• Strong English speaking, writing and listening abilities.
• High personal integrity, ability to work under pressure and travel frequently.
• Good communication skills, team spirit and independent work capability.
