Senior Accountant (Big 4 Background)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant with a Big 4 background to join our finance team in Cambodia. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting strategic decision‑making for our consumer‑goods business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the general ledger and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and group reporting requirements.
• Oversee account reconciliations, review journal entries and monitor cash flow.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for management.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors, and implement internal controls.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or ACCA is a plus.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience, including time at a Big 4 or comparable international audit firm.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English; knowledge of Khmer is advantageous.
• Ability to work on‑site and adapt to a fast‑paced commercial environment.
