Security Supervisor

About the role

The Security Supervisor will lead the safety and security operations of Luxcity Hotel & Apartment, ensuring a protected environment for guests, staff, and property. This position requires strong communication in English, the ability to work flexible shifts, and calm, professional handling of incidents and emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of all security personnel.
• Prepare shift schedules and assign duties.
• Monitor CCTV systems and other security equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Lead incident response, resolve issues promptly, and manage emergencies.
• Prepare daily and monthly security reports covering incidents and suspicious activities.
• Liaise with local authorities such as police and fire services when required.
• Train and mentor new security staff on procedures and safety protocols.
• Control access for guests, staff, and delivery personnel in line with security standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar security management role, preferably in hospitality or apartment settings.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong ability to handle issues calmly and quickly.
• Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good physical health and stamina.
• Honest, responsible, and disciplined character.
